We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Churches with more than 500 people can also arrange invoice billing: email care@ekkleios.com.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Free has every feature for churches of up to 20 people, with no card and no time limit. Online gifts still carry the $0.99 platform fee plus card processing, and texts are billed by your own SMS provider.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Ekkleios is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

What happens after the trial?

After 14 days, choose Starter or Growth, or do nothing and move to the Free plan. Free covers up to 20 people; if you have more, everything you've entered stays and keeps working, and you can add people again once you choose a plan. Your data is never deleted.
